Piñazo felt like the spicier older brother of Jalabáo; also built on that delicious Cuban mojo base and landing sweet with pineapple to start. A flavor I was a bit skeptical of at first if I'm being honest, but it landed great.
I lean flavor forward over heat on my personal hot sauce preference, but if you're looking for something with more heat that still has flavor, this would be an easy Take My Money recommendation.
Small note on the heat: I felt it was a bit of a creeper, and the maker has a Carolina Reaper hiding under that pineapple, so if you happen to be devouring a piece of pizza with ample application, be warned that the heat may rise. Speaking from experience here.
