Coffee is part of the morning routine, it adds a sense of ritual to the morning and makes sure I have some moments to myself with a hot cup. I am perpetually afraid of an oily / dark roast coffee bean and you will rarely if ever see me review a dark roast because of that. I use a Chemex, drink my coffee black, and gravitate towards a light or medium roast with a chocolate, caramel, or toffee note in it. Raisin, Plum, and overly fruit forward coffees I tend to shy away from. I will also judge you a little if you aren't buying whole bean coffee.
